Contract period : Immediate (6months)
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30 am to 6.00pm
Fridays : 8.30 am to 5.30pm
Saturdays : Day Off
Lunch : 1 hour
AR Scope of Work
The brief JD will involve the following:
The temp position is under the Deposit & Imprest Account section under the Order to Cash team in the Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC).
• Reviewing and processing requests for recoupments of imprest accounts, journal transfers and payments from deposit accounts
• Monitoring receipt of funds and performing monthly deposit accounts & bank reconciliations
• Working closely with stakeholders from Home Team Departments, e.g. finance officers and investigation officers
• Ensuring timely submission and processing of Service Request Tool (SRT) in Enterprise Issue Tracking Platform (EITP)
• Any other tasks as per be assigned by supervisor
Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Attributes required for the job
Knowledge and skills
• Qualifications in Accounting or Finance will be an advantage. Salary ranges from $2,800 - $3,200 per month depending on qualifications and relevant working experience.
• Prior experience of working in a shared services environment will be an advantage.
• Knowledge with the use of Enterprise Issue Tracking Platform (EITP)
