As Manager, Security Architecture, you will support the regional operational and Tech teams to deliver security outcomes. You will be involved in Architecture advisory, support and oversight of Security By Design with the DevSecOps team. You will set standards for security posture for cloud assets, servers, networks, firewalls, etc. You will oversee Security Testing with penetration testing vendors and provide remediation recommendations. You will advise on Risk Assessments with GRC and work with regional and global Sephora and LVHM security teams on Policy and Processes.

We would love to hear from you if you…
- Are experienced in setting policies and designing processes
- You have expertise in security management of Cloud services, AWS, GCP, AliCloud etc. and cloud posture tools such as WIZ, Cortex Xpanse
- Have experience with IAM capabilities such as Active Directory, Okta, MFA etc.
- Hands on experience with endpoint security including GPOs, and familiarity with tools such as such as PingCaslte, Tanium, Workspace One, Sentinel One, Dark Trace a plus.
- Have worked with engineering teams and are familiar with DevSecOps, release pipelines and SAST/SCA/DAST tools and processes
- Expertise with Vulnerability Management including penetration testing, patching cycles and prioritization of remediations
- Have a sound working knowledge or frameworks such as NIST, CIS
- Experience with Risk Assessments, operating a Risk Register to provide tracking and visibility to senior leadership
- Think out of the box and challenge the status quo to arrive at the best balance between Security and usability for the business
- Possess good communication and stakeholder management/influencing skills
- 5+ years of experience in Cyber + a background in IT operations, engineering or architecture would equip you well for this role
