Roles & Responsibilities
- In charge of the overall management and profitability of the salon.
- Evaluate outlet operations and establish action plans for continuous improvement.
- Performs advanced hair cutting and hair coloring such as highlights, ombre, and balayage.
- Styles hair, including blowouts, curls, braids, ponytails, and updos.
- Train and develope staff into service professionals and groom high potential into leadership roles
- Curate marketing promotions to attract and retain new and existing customers.
- Conduct monthy skillset trainings
- Develops ongoing relationships with clients
- Upsells clients on products and services
- Developing and implementing sales processes for all staffs
- Researching and analyzing data to create sales forecasts
Requirements
- At least 15 years of relevant experience (salon base) at management level.
- Results driven and customer-oriented
- Good leadership skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Passionate creative about hair, beauty and fashion
