Job Description
- Providing daily secretarial and administrative support.
- Assisting with the preparation of court and legal documents.
- Organizing and filing court documents via e-Litigation.
- Assisting in drafting of correspondences court documents.
- Update the file records.
- Handling incoming calls, correspondences and confidential documents.
- Managing calendars, court hearings, meetings and appointments.
- Assisting lawyer in handling customer’s enquiries.
- Data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing and binding of documents.
- Preparing invoices.
- Completing and submitting of claims.
Requirements
- A team player and a meticulous individual with strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Good organisation skills and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be hard-working, committed and an ability to multi-task.
- Preferably minimum two (2) years’ experience in legal secretarial experience etc.
- Possess knowledge of E-filing will be an advantage.
