Service Crew Graduate Trainee
Locations: Downtown / Tanjong Pagar
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with their orders, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently, maintaining a friendly demeanor throughout the transaction.
- Serve food and beverages according to established standards
- Handle delivery orders and maintain updates on varioud delivery platforms
- Explain latest promotions and offers to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the counter and food preparation stations.
- Ensure cleanliness of the dining room, restroom facilities, and exterior grounds to uphold a pleasant environment for guests.
- Assist with unloading and stocking inventory items as required, contributing to efficient operations.
- Clear tables promptly and reset them for the next set of guests, ensuring a seamless dining experience.
- Demonstrate a customer-oriented approach with a friendly and engaging personality.
- Perform any additional tasks or duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the service or F&B industry is preferred; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of Chinese Sichuan cuisine
- Fluent in Chinese is preferred as the restaurant is a Chinese restaurant
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, fostering a harmonious atmosphere.
- Exhibit responsibility and maintain a positive attitude, consistently bringing high energy levels to the workplace.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and a willingness to learn, striving for personal and professional growth.
- Capable of multitasking and working independently to efficiently manage various responsibilities.
- Possession of a Food Hygiene Certificate or related qualifications is preferred.
- Flexibility to work at multiple locations as scheduled by management.
- Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per roster requirements.
