Job Roles
- To support the team in meeting customers’ expectations and company’s expectations
- To support machines and be technically inclined
- Direct support on machines at local/oversea customers’ fab and the workforce to ensure customer satisfaction amongst our customers.
- To attend weekly meeting and presentation
- To write technical report
- To handle specific jigs during service jobs
- To assist Senior Engineer to perform higher-level job
- To perform ad-hoc delivery of parts to customer
- To perform service/installation/troubleshooting job in local/oversea
- To perform spare parts inventory control and recording in SAP B
