Bot MD is a Y Combinator funded startup with the mission of Empowering Doctors around the world. We believe that providing doctors with quick and reliable access to clinical information and helping to simplify clinical workflow are essential to improving the quality of patient care. This is a significant need especially in large and underserved emerging markets.


We are seeking an organized, flexible and detail-oriented person who is enthusiastic for both the practical and creative elements of office management to support the Bot MD Founders and growing Bot MD team. You will need to be a masterful problem solver and an organizational force with a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Bot MD office by organizing office operations and procedures, handling all office maintenance and administration issues including our pantry
  • Coordinate office events, teambuilding (offsite) whenever required
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance the workplace - people should love coming into work
  • Assist with HR operations including sending offer letters, onboarding of new employees, applying for work passes
  • Oversee facility management matters such as tenancy agreements, renewal, fixed asset inventories, work-desk allocation, office access etc

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative and office management/HR roles
  • Driven and passionate about getting things done on time and quickly
  • Proactive mindset with great problem solving abilities
  • Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
  • Experience with Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
  • Can do spirit, great team player, good communication skills
  • BS/BA preferred not required
