- Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for Project Analyst
- Office Location: MBFC
- 6 months contract
- We are looking for a highly motivated ESG Risk Management Analyst to join our dynamic team within Risk Management Group. You will play a pivotal role in supporting ESG risk management initiatives, including overseeing, and managing various ESG related projects, drafting business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and testing new tools and systems. The role will also include conducting in-depth sector-level ESG research and supporting the team in improving the ESG risk assessment process to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and DBS’s internal policies.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand ESG risk management needs and write clear business requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement ESG risk management solutions and ensure clear communication and alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the functionality and usability of ESG risk management tools and systems.
• Provide support in conducting sector-level research to identify sector specific emerging ESG risks, adaptation strategies and decarbonization pathways.
• Stay updated on regulatory developments, industry standards, and emerging trends in ESG risk management to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare research reports, presentations, and thought leadership content on ESG topics for internal use to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of ESG risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with a focus in business and sustainability
• Strong interpersonal, communications, writing, analytical research, and organizational skills
• Self-starter, performance-oriented individual
• Excellent influencing and persuasion skills and is able to network and communicate with stakeholders from different functions and of all seniority levels.
• Relevant work experience in areas of risk management, project management or ESG reporting in financial institutions is preferable.
