Responsibilities:
- Assist Operations Manager in all operational activities of the beach club with responsibilities involving sales, bar, service, staff management and customer handling.
- Ensures restaurant meets monthly sales targets, goals, and objectives.
- Ensure staffs understand and adhere strictly to all policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
- Assist to conduct on-the-job training to motivate and build team members’ skills.
- Perform regular stock-checks.
- Responsible for recruitment and selection, performance, and discipline of floor staffs.
- Proper documentations of cash shortages/surplus and lost-and-found items.
- Plan and update staff roster timely.
- Other ad-hoc operational duties may be assigned
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in F&B Management or equivalent with at least 3-5 years’ experience in similar capacity
- Friendly and customer service oriented
- Possess excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- A hands-on individual willing to lead by example
- Passionate to serve and have a strong passion for F&B industry
- A good problem solver
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, POS System, and reservation platforms
- Team player and a good problem solver
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
