- Salary Package: Basic up to $4,700 + AWS
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving specified targets and expanding product technical specifications in the market, while developing and expanding the base of new specifiers and business relationships.
- Contributing to the creation of key specification tools to enhance sales and market presence, and influencing architects and specifiers to adopt proprietary specifications for systems.
- Maintaining close communication and collaboration with R&D and Technical departments to ensure alignment.
- Ensuring consistent and effective interaction with architects, consultants, and key specifiers through presentations, training sessions, seminars, and industry events.
- Supporting sales staff in engaging with clients on specification-related issues and providing market intelligence insights on competitors and trends.
- Marketing and promoting the product range to architects, consultants, developers, and contractors, and developing marketing action plans as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Access to own transportation preferred but not mandatory.
