Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks on construction sites, including but not limited to cleaning, carrying materials, and basic construction duties.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and more experienced team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and productive work site.
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs as needed.
