This position reports to the director, to support our regional growth in the Southeast Asia region. Your function will include among others the following activities:
- Business Development - be involved in the Business Strategy in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Sourcing of new projects for the company
- Management of portfolios for Clients and projects pipeline.
- The Business Development Manager works in full compliance with the laws, regulations and business rules.
Individuals to be involved in:
1. Proactively identify potential clients and build rapport & collaborative relationships with them
2. Facilitate the implementation of business strategies and marketing development plans.
3. Have an in-depth knowledge of business service and value proposition
4. Focus on building strategic customers and leveraging the breadth of the company to build customer relationships
5. Analyse and assess potential business
6. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Technical Skills & Competencies:
1. Implement effective strategies to acquire new customers and expand the company’s growth
2. Communicate with customers effectively and to form good relationships.
3. Identify, network, and secure potential new clients
4.Review, monitor and analyse all sales data, activities and trends to ensure all sales opportunities for the Company are captured and explored.
