- We are looking for a Legal Program Manager
- The role will start out as a contract
- Candidates who are immediately available/ able to start work within short notice will be preferred

- Program/project management experience
- Legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team preferred.
Job Description
- Provide support for the secondment process to legal stakeholders, including agreement review and assistance with processing documents.
- Work with Legal staff to track requests and deliver timely status updates on the processing documents and onboarding of candidates.
- Work with alternative legal service providers (ALSPs) to ensure they are updated with process changes.
- Review and recommend or approve agreements, including, but not limited to, secondment agreements, master retention agreements, and engagement letters.
- Present and explain acceptance or rejection of agreements to law firms and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional groups in troubleshooting issues related to secondments.
