Responsibilities
Check and study drawings before disseminating information
Lead workers to carry out basement lean concrete and prepare for formwork / rebar work.
Carry out inspection and casting of basement slab/wall/column
Ensure proper housekeeping and safety provision at site working area for site and workers to carry out tasks.
Assist in manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, daily man-hours returns and coordinate in all aspects of site issues.
Co-ordinate and monitor the availability and on time delivery of materials/equipment to complete the construction work within schedule.
Submit daily allocation sheets.
Receive and order materials from store.
Ensure all site works are done according to specifications, on schedule and within budget
Adherence to safety practices in the workplace.
Control and co-ordinate of subcontractors
Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring works done.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
Minimum 3 year experience in the construction field.
Familiar with relevant drawings, specifications and details
Proven experience as construction foreman
In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines
Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to communicate and report effectively
Problem-solving abilities
Good physical condition and stamina
