You enjoy meeting people, forging relationships and you go above and beyond to develop and maximise business for the hotel. You thrive on achieving (and even exceeding!) the revenue budget in your assigned accounts/ territory.
Your responsibilities include (but is not limited to):
- Building rapport and establishing relationships with key accounts and new potential accounts, ensuring the goal is achieved at all times
- Planning and implementing relevant sales strategies to acquire new accounts and grow existing database
- Fulfilling the minimum number of sales engagements including virtual meets, regular visits, site inspections, new account solicitations and client entertainment
- Being a part of the planning and execution of events for corporate accounts
- Assisting in preparing periodic reports and presentations, developing annual business plans and managing annual RFP processes
- Being accountable for clients’ feedback and/or requests, liaising with relevant departments on issues and promptly seeking resolutions
- Performing cross-selling where and when necessary
