Families For Life@Community (FFLC) equips parents with necessary skills, evidence-based knowledge, and follow-on support to transform them as confident and competent parents resulting in improved parent-child relationships, positive family dynamics, and a conducive environment for raising successful responsible, confident, and competent children.

Join us as a Family Life Educator at Lakeside Family Services - Families For Life@Community.
Responsibilities:
- Support the works of Families For Life@Community (FFLC).
- Provide Triple P (Positive Parenting Programme) consultation for parents.
- Provide parenting talks for schools and community.
- Conduct Family Life Education (FLE) parenting and marriage programmes for parents and couples through group work and workshops, such as Purposeful Play, Prepare Enrich.
- Network with other community organisations and stakeholders through community partner events and networking meetings.
Requirements:
- Must possess minimum degree in social work/counselling or equivalent.
- Preferably an accredited FLE trainer under MSF's Family Support Division, with certification in Triple P.
- Willing and able to work on weekday evenings and Saturdays.
- At least 3 years of relevant counselling experience in counselling, social work, or related work involving family, parents and children.
- Have experience in conducting training and workshop.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a team and driven by passion to serve.
- Self-motivated to work independently.
