- Perform UPH time study for all iBGA processes in Assy, Test and EOL
- Identify areas for improvement in process , equipment , layout, and MMR
- Layout coordination with supporting team.
- Support various productivity improvement projects.
- Support DL MMR MOST study
- Capacity analysis for Assy, Test and EOL.
- Head count analysis.
- Site Inventory update timely manner.
