- Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments or teams involved in the production.
- Create and maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of lots and delivery.
- Monitor the progress of starts, and shipments, to identify potential delays and take proactive measures to expedite processes.
- Identify issues or bottlenecks in the production and work with relevant stakeholders to find timely solutions.
- Keep accurate records of lot starts, shipments, WIP levels, and other relevant information to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate with customer service regarding lot status, delivery schedules, and any potential delays, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
