- Supports the deal lead and teams in identifying and evaluating potential investment opportunities, including investment analysis, market research, structuring and executing the acquisition of assets across Asia Pacific
- Conduct financial modelling to assess and support the investment; Present investment analysis to key stakeholders
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence, including legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with internal functional teams and external advisors / consultants
- Preparation of investment papers, presentations and other materials as required
- Project manage investment and divestment processes including participation in both auction and bilateral / off-market transactions; Work with internal functional teams and external advisors on deal documentation and contracts
- Support the planning and implementation of asset management and investment exits
- Support preparation of materials required for investors, including capital raising
- Responsible for periodic reporting, including quarterly investor, annual, and bespoke reports regarding assets

Job Requirements
- Independent and critical thinker with exceptional analytical ability
- Very hands-on and detail-orientated, willing and able to get hands dirty, strong financial modelling skills
- Driven and hungry for challenges
- At least 1 year of relevant investment experience in fund management or corporate finance / M&A in investment banks or corporate principal investment team, specialising in power, energy and / or infrastructure
- Exceptional eye for detail
- The ability to make effective investment and asset management decisions
- Excellent written and oral communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong power point and excel skills
- A self-starter organized and able to learn quickly
- Proficient with market and industry research in infrastructure, or other private equity assets
- A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact well with different functions and levels
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Willing to travel frequently to the various key markets
- Strong academic qualifications
