Job Responsibilities:
· Developing and executing of strategic initiatives to drive growth of commercial card product portfolio
· Managing of clients and providing product support
· Supporting of issue escalation process and preparation works
· Conducting of market analysis and identifying customer’s needs
· Working closely with internal stakeholders and internal business units
· Looking through processes and providing of recommendations
· Understanding of processes and guiding the business accordingly
· Identifying of project risks/issues and raising them accordingly
· Establishing of standards and guidelines
· Providing of training and support
· Ensuring business processes run smoothly and timely
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
· Experience with card products will be an added advantage
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
