The Role: Asst Production Manager
Responsibilities
- Support the Division Director on planning, organizing, and coordinating production schedules to meet customer demands and production targets.
- Provide supervision and guidance to production staff on work assignments, performance and discipline/conduct.
- Recommends quality improvement measures to achieve good quality outputs
- Upkeep of production machines and 5S activities
- Identify and initiate actions to prevent nonconformity relating to product, process and system
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Provide training and development opportunities for production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Generate production reports, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to management on production progress, issues, and initiatives.
Requirements
- Min Diploma holder from recognized institutions. Candidate with more than 10 years hands on experience shall be also considered.
- Basic knowledge in CAD-CAM, Mastercam, Inventor, etc
- Hands-on CNC Machining centre (Vertical, Horizontal, Multiplex, etc)
- Able to read mechanical drawings
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control principles, and safety regulations.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- Working Hours : 8.15am to 5.30pm (Mon-Fri)
- Location : Changi North
- Company Bus : Pick up at Ang Mo Kio, Yishun, Hougang, Punggol, Pasir Ris, Bedok, Tampines MRT/Interchanges
