· Payroll processing and preparation of salaries and over-time pay-outs
· Prepares and submits monthly CPF contribution
· Prepares monthly billing invoices and credit notes
· Prepares Employment Contract for employees
· Maintain proper recording and filing of data entry for employees
· Other ad-hoc administrative duties
· Provide comprehensive support for all HR functions, including manpower planning and recruitment, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations, performance management, and employee engagement.
