Jobs Descriptions:
- Creating of marketing material (eg. name cards, posters, banners etc) and proposal kits
- Assist in content creation (eg. blog/articles, case study, white paper, product, direct mailers, marketing collaterals, partners’ kits, press releases, PPT deck, etc.)
- Design and incorporate brand identity into all marketing materials
- Design collaterals including product brochures, poster and banners for online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Create illustrations to be incorporated into design work
- Assist in developing and maintaining of graphic standards, templates and guidelines to ensure consistent messaging and awareness of corporate brand
- Responsible for websites management using WordPressand related plugins, ensuring websites are compatible with all browsers / platforms / devices
- Manage existing library of communication assets and create new designs for existing templates
- Track and measure results of work produced. Archive all work as well as work of competitors
- Assist in photo & video taking for internal and external activities
- Oversee print or production jobs from conception to delivery
- Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders for marketing materials’ requirements.
- Support marketing & communications team in upholding corporate image and event logistic management
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Multimedia Design, Visual communication, Marketing or its equivalent
- Proficient in Adobe suite of desktop publishing software such as InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office
- Preferred knowledge and proficiency in web management tool – WordPress and WordPress related plugins.
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS/JQuery/PHP/MySQL
- Ability to see others' point of view and manage feedback and comments
- A team player, responsible, meticulous and with good working attitude
- Dynamic and pro-active personality, able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication skills, verbal and written in English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese (comfortable to support China market)
