Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
· Provide HR Business Partnering support to Capital Wealth and Liquid Funds.
· Support in executing HR processes like Performance Appraisal, Recruitment and Talent Management.
· Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
· Coordinate New Hires Orientation.
· Assist HR Team in full spectrum.
· Participate in ad-hoc HR initiatives.
Requirement:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business, or equivalent.
· At least 5 years of HR experience.
· Strong understanding of HR functions and local employment laws.
· Results-driven, excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills for multi-generation workforce engagement.
