- Support the conceptualisation and management of studies related to correctional research
- Conduct literature reviews and write reports on research studies related to correctional research
- Collect and analyse research data
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate research studies or related requests
- Provide publication related support
- Maintain online knowledge management initiatives and miscellaneous management of e-resources
- Any ad-hoc duties
Requirement
- At least a bachelor’s degree from in psychology or any field of study.
- 1 year of work experience in psychology/ related behavioural sciences is preferred.
- Good writing, analytical and communication skills.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Basic understanding of statistics and proficiency in the use of statistical software
