Job Decription:
- Monitor, configure, troubleshoot and perform upgrades for SD-WAN devices.
- Handle customers’ technical enquiries as well as service-related enquiries.
- Perform troubleshooting and incident management and ensure they are resolved within the timeframes set by service level agreements.
- Maintain a comprehensive documentation of SDWAN configurations and troubleshooting procedures.
- Schedule updates for customer’s services.
- Manage customer’s configurations and execute changes or developments in their network or applications.
Job Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in network routing protocols as well as network security technologies.
- Experience in software-defined networks and cloud-based security solution.
- Certified in network such as CCNA or CCNP.
Applicants with more years of relevant experience may be considered for senior roles.
