Position: Production Clerk
~ Location: Near to Joo Koon MRT (2 bus stop away)
~ Working Days: 5 days (Mondays to Fridays)
~ Working Hours: 6.45am to 4.30pm
Duties & Responsibilities
• To assist in the day to day administrative works and operations of the Production Department.
• Prepare daily and monthly production report.
• Upload daily production data for authorities.
• Perform data entry, verify documents and ensure accuracy of data documents
• Maintain proper record and filing for department.
• Daily administration duties as given by HOD.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O level with at least 1 year of working experience.
• PC Literate
• Able to multi-task effectively and work independently as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word & Excel
