Accounts Executive

T-square Flooring Pte. Ltd.

Job Description & Requirements
  • Maintaining Full set of Accounts
  • 5 Day work week
  • Data entry of sales invoices and monthly Statement of Accounts
  • Prepare monthly & yearly report (P&L, B/S)
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and service providers for AP/AR matters
  • Ensure all accounting documents and records are properly filed and well-maintained
  • Generate invoices/exchange note for daily sales/suppliers/vendors and refund documents
  • Other administrative duties such as filing, answering phone calls, preparing quotations

Requirements:

- able to handle full set of accounts with MYOB and Excel

- must be able to work independently

- well organized with excellent time management, computer and communication skills

- preferable to start work immediately or within short notice
