Morgan McKinley is seeking a Workforce Management & Risk Analyst for our client, a leading multinational social media technology company.
You will oversee sales operations, manage outsourced call centers, enhance company tools, and handle workforce management. The role is focused on workforce and risk management, supporting vendor operational and risk process audits, workforce management administration, and ensuring vendor adherence to agreed KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee vendor adherence to service level agreements for outsourced sales operations.
- Collaborate with vendor workforce management points of contact to ensure compliance with established KPIs.
- Develop and maintain regional workforce management KPI reporting for senior management.
- Maintain a log of vendor operations risk exposure and share findings with regional Sales Productivity PMs.
- Conduct operational process audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented at the vendor level.
- Identify and provide feedback on tool and process efficiency improvements from an analytical perspective.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- With 5+ years in vendor operations, change management, or operational process improvement.
- Strong data analysis skills, with proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL.
- Experience in workforce/vendor management.
- Preferably has background in sales and familiarity with CRM systems.
