Our client is a leading Singapore Family Office specializing in the acquisition and management of commercial real estate projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate projects from acquisition to completion.
- Oversee site selection, due diligence, and feasibility studies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning requirements
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring all financial targets are met.
- Monitor project costs and implement cost-control measures.
- Report on financial performance and project milestones to senior management.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, contractors, architects, and regulatory bodies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to senior management and investors.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure tenants for commercial properties.
- Negotiate lease agreements and manage tenant relationships.
- Ensure high occupancy rates and tenant satisfaction.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular project reviews and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in project management within the real estate industry, with a focus on commercial properties.
- Proven track record of managing real estate projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics and regulatory requirements in Singapore.
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in tenant acquisition and lease management.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
