- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of related work experience with at least one GIS (e.g., GE Smallworld, Hexagon Technology, ESRI) and Web Technologies, including Magik, Java, and .Net programming languages.
- Proven experience managing GIS systems and projects, preferably in a telecommunications or similar technical environment.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, database management, and software development.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Able to work independently and as a team, and as a highly motivated and goal-oriented individual.
