Job Overview

As the Administrative Manager and CEO Assistant, you will be responsible for handling the company's administrative affairs and directly supporting the CEO’s daily activities.


Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Management

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure all administrative processes are efficiently conducted.
  • Oversee the administrative team, including administrative assistants, maintenance department, and reception staff, ensuring effective team operations.
  • Responsible for facilities management, including the maintenance of plant equipment and supplies.

2. CEO Support

  • Directly support the CEO with daily tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing communications.
  • Act as a point of contact in the CEO’s absence, coordinating internal and external communications.

3. Project Management and Coordination

  • Manage and coordinate cross-departmental projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet expected objectives.
  • Assist in implementing company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across all departments.

Qualifications

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Administrative Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of relevant administrative management experience; recent graduates are welcome to apply.
Essential Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Office and administrative management systems.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.


Salary Range

SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000.
