Position:
We are seeking a highly passionate, curious, and problem-solving-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager or Senior Executive, Community & Acquisition for FastGig's community management. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our users (gig workers) and acquiring more users to join the gig community.
Responsibilities:
- Manage new client onboarding projects by collaborating closely with clients, sales teams, and users(gig workers) to understand client needs and acquire relevant users within the expected lead time.
- Establish process flows for each client to facilitate smooth adoption by gig workers.
- Executive end-to-end management of event projects.
- Coordinate and plan user(gig worker) training sessions.
- Develop plans to acquire more users for our app and encourage them to apply for flexi jobs.
- Optimize the user onboarding process to ensure a positive experience.
- Devise strategies and campaigns to strengthen the user(gig worker) community and foster strong relationships with users(gig workers).
Requirements:
- Higher Nitec or above in any field.
- Prior experience in manpower/recruitment is desirable.
- Outgoing personality with the ability to build relationships with gig workers.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution.
- Capability to work under tight timelines.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in drafting SOPs and a keen eye for process improvement.
- Ability to utilize data to solve problems and make well-informed decisions.
