Job Description
- Setting strategy goals and identifying business opportunities, implementing growth plan that aligns with the company business direction.
- Follow up on all necessary documents process and procedure.
- Managing and optimising the development process, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Generating new business opportunities, negotiating client pricing and forcasting revenue.
- Experience in handling major projects.
- Ability to handle integration process and follow up with business partners on all details of the business agreements, contracts & MOU.
- Engagement with key stakeholders.
- Liasing with the senior management team for company business expansion across Southeast Asia.
- Building and maintaining a robust business relationship with business partners.
- Ability to manage a team, at the same time implementing and executing strategy.
- Candidates with relevant experiences in card business (credit or debit), insurance and wealth management preferred.
- Ability to work under stress and fast pace environment.
- Travelling is a must.
- Remuneration package will vary according to experience and ability.
- Candidates who do not have a Degree may apply.
