At this moment, we are looking for a Project Lead to pioneer and imagine the future for better well-being at the workplaces and community. You'll get to work and think at the regional APAC level, handle complex projects and work with multiple domain experts.

At ProAge, we WFH 2 days a week as a permanent policy because we figured people hate travelling (esp. rainy mornings) and we should walk the talk in the well-being of our team. Requirement

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Minimum 3 years relevant corporate experience.
• Candidates with any health sciences qualification preferred.

The person we are looking for should be:

• Strong in interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of stakeholders such as corporate clients, government officials, end users, and internal team.
• Be a proactive self-starter passionate about healthy living and lifestyle.
• Work with a growth mindset, enjoying a challenging and fast pace working environment.

You're expected to:

• Deliver on customer success – plan and manage project, executing on clients’ needs and meeting their enquiries.
• Support Business Development in generating new sales and opportunities.
• Design & Innovate client experience leveraging on ProAge line of total health and well-being solutions while supported by a multi-disciplinary team and advisory panel.
• Front corporate workshops and educational activities eg. introduce program line-up at events and share wellness plans to clients.
• Ensure smooth delivery of programs with impeccable service to various internal and external stakeholders.
• Co-ordinate logistics requirements with Operations team.
• Handle all related administrative work.
