Marketing Manager

We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented and organised individual who is excited to help organisations grow by pushing commercial interior design boundaries. As a key team member of the Marketing & Communications team, you will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from business pitches and digital marketing, to events and social impact initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan content calendar & execute posting of social media posts across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest
  • Update the website with new projects, blogposts, awards, as well as its landing page carousel slider with latest project images
  • Prepare monthly digital marketing analytics reports that integrates both social media platform and website traffic metrics together with recommendations and insights gleaned from the data to be actioned on in the next month
  • Maintain a content pipeline of projects to be submitted to design websites
  • Maintain an awards calendar to keep track of design awards to submit projects to
  • Hold relationship with website developer and SEO agency to ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the website as well as the onsite and offsite implementation of SEO efforts.
  • Support photo shoots and video shoots of completed projects
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to put together submission decks (in Microsoft PowerPoint) for pitches, and ensure that all slides have been proofread and are correctly formatted
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to prepare company introduction slides to be emailed to or presented to prospective clients
  • Update and maintain informational assets such as staff profiles and company track record

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing or Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaign execution
  • Proficient in using various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop and implement unique digital marketing strategies
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web development principles
  • Strong time management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
