Responsibilities:
- Oversee all IT operations for the Singapore office and its clients.
- Provide helpdesk support to end users.
- Administer servers and maintain network infrastructure.
- Ensure maximum uptime for network infrastructure.
- Schedule data backups and monitor firewall.
- Support and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, routers, switches, VPN, etc.
- Resolve server/PC viruses and spyware issues.
- Plan and perform scheduled maintenance upgrades.
- Conduct IT training for end users.
- Investigate and resolve computer software and hardware issues.
- Maintain records of software licenses.
- Monitor information security within the organization.
- Manage inventory of equipment, consumables, and supplies.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
- Provide remote support to overseas users within Asia.
- Assist in maintaining clients' websites.
Requirements:
- CCNA or MCSE certification preferred, VCP holder highly desired.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying updated with IT trends.
- Solid understanding of networks, servers, firewalls, and IT security.
- Experience with system service providers is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for communicating with Mandarin-speaking associates.
