Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to the Finance Manager.
- Responsible for monthly consolidation of group financials for statutory and management purposes.
- Conducts monthly reviews of subsidiary financial results.
- Manages full sets of accounts for dormant subsidiaries.
- Ensures timely and accurate preparation of financial and management reports, quarterly reports, and SGX announcements.
- Collaborates with auditors during annual audits.
- Prepares tax computations and liaises with tax agents.
- Supports in budgeting and quarterly forecasting.
- Compiles the group's Annual Report.
- Undertakes additional project work as required.
Requirements:
- Holds a degree in accountancy, with a preference for CPA qualification.
- Familiarity with financial reporting standards and strong accounting knowledge.
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in audit and consolidation roles.
- Self-motivated and proactive team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Demonstrates understanding of work processes and internal controls.
