Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Learning Strategies
- Collaborate with Senior Management and HR to create effective learning strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Identify training needs and design programmes that address skill gaps and promote employee development
Design and Deliver Training Programs
- Create and execute learning initiatives, including workshops, e-learning courses, and career development plans
- Utilise various learning methods such as coaching, job-shadowing, and online training to enhance employee capabilities
Budget Management and Vendor Relationships
- Maintain budgets for L&D activities, ensuring cost-effective solutions
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and training providers
- Manage department Capex
Assess Learning Effectiveness
- Evaluate the success of development plans and training interventions
- Continuously monitor learning outcomes and adjust strategies as needed
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements
Support Career Development and Talent Growth
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- Identify high-potential talent and design targeted development programmes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, preferably MNC environment
- Strong communication, project management, and budgeting skills
- Knowledge of effective learning methods and industry best practices
