This position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of uParcel. The Business Development Team will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunies aligned to the core delivery capabilities of uParcel. The BD team will also have to source and connect with new and exisiting customers to understand their needs and obtain feedback. She will also oversee new product launch and marketing programme for new products.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Research and identify new business opportunites, new products and new markets
2. Identify apropriate contacts within external organisations to pitch partnerships and sales
3. Launch new products in different market segments
4. Design marketing initiatives for new products and markets
5. Develop the business sales and marketing strategy
6. Able to build sales pipeline and forecast
7. Launch internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, EngageBay Etc
8. Report on sales pipeline and closure
