Responsibilities:
- Design or assist in the design of systems and their various components to meet all functional and technical requirement.
- Implement integration plan, configuring and assembling the system components, which involving software installation, hardware setup, and network configuration.
- Provide technical leadership and support for migration projects and cloud integration initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AD/Azure services with other system components.
- Identify and resolve system integration issues, which may involve resolving hardware compatibility issues, addressing network connectivity problems, or resolving system interoperates issue.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for the system, including design specifications, installation instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
- Provide technical support to clients, which may involve troubleshooting issues they encounter or knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with vendors, senior engineers, and stakeholders throughout the system development life cycle to ensure that all aspects of the system are properly integrated and functioning together.
- Work closely with vendors to ensure system components and integration processes meet relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
Additional Information:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or relevant field
- At Least 3 years of working experience in relevant field and role
- Working experience in following domains are require;Windows AD and Azure AD/Entra ID
Virtual computing
Cloud Computing
- Candidate must possess with Microsoft/Azure or equivalent certification
