Customer Service Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Attend to customers’ travel enquiries and requests through phone calls, emails or walk-in
- Provide information on travel visa application and insurance
- Follow up and service customers’ enquiries or bookings, before and after-sales
- Supervise sale team
- Experienced in selling free & easy tour packages and able to meet and achieve sales target
- Help customer service managers in any logistic arrangement
- Opportunities for travelling overseas
Requirements
- Must be able to work on shift, weekends and Public holidays
- Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
Monthly Salary Range (SGD)
· $2,000 - 3,000
