Job Description:
- Handle full recruitment activities and employee onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Update and maintain the employee database in Excel and the HR system.
- Conduct MOM surveys (OED).
- Download daily attendance from Justlogin and email it to the site admin.
- Prepare employment contracts and other HR-related letters.
- Oversee workers’ accommodation, including check-ins and check-outs at dormitories.
- Handle training-related matters.
- Take minutes for the department's weekly meetings.
- Update the organization chart.
- Calculate monthly overtime and allowances.
- Perform general office administration tasks.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- O/A Levels or Diploma holder with 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Good knowledge of MOM regulations and other statutory board regulations.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Ability to read and write Mandarin due to document requirements from the HQ in Taiwan [Report in Mandarin].
- Proficient in basic Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Working hour: 8am - 5pm (Mon - Thurs), 8am – 6pm (Fri)
- VB provided depends on performance

- This role is independent role, reporting to Financial & HR Manager, but full spectrum HR handle by this role.
