Morgan McKinley is seeking a Legal Program Manager (Remote) for a 12 month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!
Job Description:
- Provide support for the secondment process to legal stakeholders, including agreement review and assistance with processing documents.
- Work with Legal staff to track requests and deliver timely status updates on the processing documents and onboarding of candidates.
- Work with alternative legal service providers to ensure they are updated with process changes.
- Review and recommend or approve agreements, including, but not limited to, secondment agreements, master retention agreements, and engagement letters.
- Present and explain acceptance or rejection of agreements to law firms and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams in troubleshooting issues related to secondments.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
- Must have 5-7 Legal experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
- Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently, be organized, and manage one’s time.
- Strong ability to create relationships with internal teams.
