Admin Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

  • General administrative support in preparing monthly reports, record keeping, filing, liaising with suppliers and vendors.
  • Maintain and update databases and filing systems.
  • Support creation of delivery orders.
  • Cover reception duties such as answering telephone calls, handling incoming/outgoing mail & packages.
  • Keep the office environment tidy and organized.
  • Other ad-hoc office task.

Pre-requisites:

  • Diploma level or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of AutoCount System is an advantage.
  • Responsible, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good working attitude, detailed and organized.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, and spoken Chinese

Working Environment:

  • 5-day workweek
