Job Responsibilities:
- Consolidation of Sales Reports: Gather and compile sales data from various countries to create comprehensive sales reports.
- Maintenance of Discontinued List: Maintain an up-to-date list of discontinued products and disseminate the list to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
- SKU Management: Create new SKUs in the system to ensure accurate tracking of inventory.
- Purchase Order Issuance: Issue purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data from the operating system and convert it into meaningful merchandising reports to support strategic decision-making and planning.
- Country Consolidation of Orders: Consolidate orders from various countries to streamline the ordering process.
- Full Cycle Order Management: Manage the complete order cycle from consolidation to checking shipment information, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and shipments are tracked to delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of merchandising experience in a retail industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Knowledge of retail industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
