We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrative Assistant to join our HR team and support our recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our recruitment process and providing a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calling to source potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.
- Assist with the recruitment process by screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR information.
Requirements and skills
- Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus
- Experience with MS Office
- Organizational skills
- 6 months contract
- 5 days work week, 8.30pm to 5.30pm
