We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Property & Defects Management (Projects) in Property Development to join our organisation, responsible for following through with MCST on common area issues raised by MCST and coordination with various relevant parties, project contractors, consultants, specialists, solicitors towards securing settlement agreement with the MCST.
Responsibilities:
· Follow-up with MCST on the issues raised including common area defects.
· Work with project contractors, consultants, specialists on common area issues raised by MCST, and / or any legal
suit or potential legal issues with the MCST.
· Consultation with solicitors on any legal suit or potential legal issues with the MCST and settlement agreements.
· Liaise with all relevant parties towards securing settlement agreement with the MCST.
· Prepare periodic reports such as accruals / contingency, MCST claims, potential claims from purchasers on legal
cases of significance etc.
Requirements:
· Min Diploma / Degree in Real Estate, Building, or Construction, or Engineering, etc.
· At least 5-8 years’ experience in the property management, construction or building and facilities maintenance
industry.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Satisfactory Human / Public relations skill good customer service skills.
· Able to handle difficult customers.
