Pre-Requisites:
- Min. 5 years’ experience in related Construction industry.
- Able to manage tight deadline schedules and pressure positively and effectively.
- Team player & motivated.
Scope of Work:
- Assist Sales Team to generate quotations, delivery orders & invoices, debtors statement. progress claim
- Draw for difference types of sections and plan drawing with AutoCAD
- Preparation of Estimates for initial budget proposals for the cost of the project.
- Prepared of tender and contract documents.
- To get and collect the necessary quotation from subcontractors and suppliers for costing purpose.
- Arrange to invite the Sub-cons quotations and discuss and point out the specifications for sub con's understanding.
- Preparation of bills of quantities.
- Preparation to certify sub-contractors claim.
- Preparing of QS reports and procurement process.
- Submit the bill of quantity to the client as per target date.
- Perform the VO work and Cost control of the project.
- Preparation of Final Jobs Close out reports, actual quantities, according to the built drawing.
- Attend site meeting occasionally.
- Maintaining proper filing of documents at all times required by projects team
- Coordination of projects between projects team and customers in purchasing & shipping/logistics
- Planning AP/AR forecast together with Finance & Sales department
