Regional Executive, (HR Budgeting, Manpower Mgmt Report)
Job Summary
- Support the Regional Manager to oversee payroll management, budgeting exercise and monthly manpower reporting and support other key C&B initiatives where required.
Accountabilities
- Primarily responsible for monthly manpower reporting and budget exercise.
- Responsible for supporting payroll processing.
- Review the existing current processes to ensure efficiency.
- Incumbent will also support other C&B initiatives and projects, where necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in HR, Business Admin, or related.
- Minimum 5 Years of working experience in HR and/or Payroll Management.
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and various employment regulations in the region.
- Advantageous to have payroll, budgeting, and data management experience.
- Detailed and Meticulous, comfortable working with multiple datasets.
- Strong stakeholder management, able to work independently, pro-active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with practical experience
